The City of Peoria has been the exclusive home for San Diego Padres Spring Training since 1994. The San Diego Padres share the Peoria Sports Complex with the Seattle Mariners. This was one of Major League Baseball’s first two-team spring training facilities.
Fans of the Padres can get a first look at this year’s team and other teams in the division by traveling to Peoria to take in spring training games. Peoria provides a great setting for fans from Southern California as they serve local food and beer to make you feel right at home. The Peoria Sports Complex has seats in the sun and in the shade (the most in all of the Cactus League), so that Padres baseball fans can enjoy the game their way.
